Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repack your items in their original Edward Martin packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
